Returns & Replacement Policy

The 7 days Return and Replacement policy offered by Drishti gems are clear and simple.

To be eligible for the Return & Replacement Policy, one has to comply with the following requirements:

  • The items must be in their original condition with tags intact.
  • The items need to pass the inspection process done by the Drishti Gems team so as to confirm the return/replacement.
  • Items in inappropriate condition damaged due to neglect would not be entertained and the return/replacement would not be accepted.
  • To be approved for return/replacement, the item must include the Original Product Certificate and an Original Copy of the , Packaging, Documentation, Lab Certificates, and Discount Coupons, etc.

Note: Shipping charges, VAT and related duties would not be waived.

Return Policy on Gemstone Jewelry:

Custom created jewelry pieces are not eligible for refund. However, within 10 days of purchase, a return request can be submitted, and the amount will be refunded to your Wallet worth 75% of your invoice value, which can be utilized on future purchases.

Cancellation Policy:

Drishti Gems will deduct 10% from the total purchase price of the product in the case of order cancellation.

If the order is cancelled after the certification fee has been paid, Drishti Gems will deduct the certification fee.

Important Notes:
  • Shipping charges, GST and other such duties are non-refundable.
  • The customer is liable for the return shipment.
  • Payment Gateway fees, if any, will not be reimbursed. These are not reimbursed and are billed immediately by the payment gateway. The fees of different Payment Gateways vary.
  • Free Lab Certificates ordered in addition to the gemstones, will not be refunded in the return payment.
  • Returns will be processed in 7 business days (beginning from the date of receiving the product back at our address). Please keep in mind that the credit card company/banks may take up to a week to update that in your account.

The day you receive your product is the day 7-day return period begins, as shown by our courier records.

2. I purchased two gemstones, one of which I like. Can I return the other?

Yes, you can definitely return the other gemstone within the 7-day return time under our no-questions-asked return policy on jewels with a full refund.

3. I misplaced the lab certificate as well as the product's original packing. Is it still possible for me to return the loose gemstone?

We normally demand the whole original product certificate, invoices, documentations, lab certificates, packaging, documentation, discount coupons, and other items that may have been included with the loose gemstone. You are not qualified for the 100 percent Money Back Guarantee if you do not have any of these items. You may, however, be eligible for a complete or partial replacement/Wallet credit. 4. Is it possible to return a gemstone that I bought and had it set in a ring?

Any customized jewelry cannot be returned, according to our return policy. However, you are eligible for a Wallet credit worth 75% of your invoice value, which you can apply to later purchases on Drishti

5. I need to return a loose gemstone. What method should I use to send it?

Please follow the steps below if you are returning or replacing a gemstone:

  • Get a Return Authorization from Customer Support.
  • Keep all original items that came with the gemstone, such as the Original Product Certificate, Original/Copy of Invoice, packing, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.
